Completed in 2022, Waterman Workspaces Eastland represents a groundbreaking co-working model, seamlessly integrating a small business community into the vibrant ecosystem of a major retail precinct.

Located on Level 3 of QICGRE’s Eastland Shopping Centre in Ringwood, the fitout was designed by ClarkeHopkinsClarke to accommodate up to 400 people in a flexible workspace spanning 3,300 square meters.

ADP Consulting has a long and successful history of working with Waterman to develop contemporary workspaces throughout metropolitan and suburban Melbourne.

On this particular project, our team provided specialist building services including fire safety, hydraulics, acoustics, and mechanical and electrical engineering.

Waterman Eastland boasts 37 private offices, over 70 hot desks, and seven meeting rooms, including a boardroom. A range of amenities and communal areas, such as a café, kitchen, lounges, and breakout spaces, enhance the workspace experience. Twin entrances connected by winding pathways create a dynamic flow through the space, featuring both private and shared work environments.

The project is a testament to the evolving demands of modern work and the transformation of retail spaces into vibrant community hubs.
