Uniting plans to transform its Kingscliff aged care facility into a contemporary residential seniors’ community that enriches the lives of residents, clients, and visitors alike. The current site is nearing the end of its life cycle and requires significant development to meet contemporary standards.

Designed by Plus Architecture, Uniting Kingscliff will comprise 199 retirement/independent living units and 120 aged care residences across seven buildings. The development will include landscaped gardens, communal spaces and shaded rooftop courtyards to facilitate better social opportunities for residents.

Uniting Kingscliff will be an industry-leading exemplar of sustainability and climate-responsive architecture. The contemporary development will incorporate solar initiatives, ample green spaces and EV charging points to promote eco-friendly living.

ADP Consulting is providing a number of specialist engineering services on the project including: Fire protection, Hydraulics, Acoustics, Vertical Transportation, Sustainability Consultancy, ASP3 Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.

Our team of specialist consultants are also advising on the project’s complex staged construction plan, ensuring continued operations at the existing site while the new buildings are erected.
