In line with their New Strategic Plan guidelines and their culture of continuous improvement, Stella Maris College in Manly, NSW is currently integrating new learning facilities to its beach side campus.

The second stage of the masterplan for the transformation of the campus is currently underway with the construction of a new Creative Arts Centre by Kane Constructions.

The Creative Arts Centre will reference the college’s Benedictine values and include contemporary and flexible learning spaces to encourage creativity, curiosity, discovery and innovation. These exceptional learning environments will include:

• Four Design Studios
• Four Visual Art studios
• Four General Learning Areas
• Two Textile Studios
• A dedicated Multimedia Studio
• A dedicated Senior Art Studio

Led by Mostyn Copper and designed by JDH Architects, we are proud to have provided building services and our specialist engineering expertise to this project which is due to welcome students and staff in the second half of 2025.
