Uniting is spearheading a visionary transformation of Nareen Gardens Bateau Bay to expand and enhance its repertoire of services for the Central Coast community.

The redevelopment will comprise a purpose-built, 160-bed residential aged care facility (RACF) that includes a village green, barbeque area, children’s playground and resident club room. The development will also include 180 independent living apartments and 23 housing units that have been designed with accessibility and affordability front of mind.

ADP Consulting have been commissioned to deliver all specialist engineering services on the project, and are delivering the design and documentation in BIM Level of Development (LOD) 300 with CKD Architects.

Uniting Nareen Gardens Bateau Bay will be delivered and constructed in two stages, as the demolition of current living dwellings requires a carefully considered, staged approach.

The redevelopment will enable Uniting to deliver a more comprehensive suite of services that serve the Central Coast community well into the future.
