ADP Consulting delivered the fitout for the clinical workplace and inpatient ward as part of Alfred Health’s 1,500sqm refurbishment of the Old Baker Building (now known as Alfred Lane House) on Commercial Road in Melbourne’s CBD.

The classic, underutilised space was extensively refurbished to comprise contemporary treatment and consulting rooms, patient lounge and kitchen facilities, six single bedrooms and associated support spaces including sterile rooms, reception facilities and staff station.

Our team’s scope included medical gases, alarms and re-use/adaption of the existing air handling plant. Our team of specialist engineers also oversaw the installation and inclusion of a significantly upgraded filtration system to meet current standards.
