Well-regarded for his expertise in civil engineering design, Scott is also highly skilled in flood management and project management, consistently delivering innovative, sustainable and reliable outcomes.

Scott’s leadership mantra is to build strong relationships with clients and communities by leveraging strong technical skills to design highly efficient, sustainable solutions. His rapid progression from engineer, to manager, to leader can be attributed in part to the number of influential mentors he has had throughout his career.
